I agree with ulta. they carry everything from drugstore to high end and carry stuff for your hair skin nails makeup and fragrances. they also constantly have sales going on so you're almost guaranteed a good bargain.

Beautyjoint or Cherryculture - they carry basically the same products but BeautyBay normally has cheaper shipping :) They have a bunch of NYX stuff, and brands like Kleancolor and LA Girls and stuff, all super affordable xo.
