Keep your hair moisturised daily and deep condition so that your hair dosent break off when it grows and wear protective hair styles like braids and sow-in..castor oil is really good for hair growth aswell and biotin :))

Wrap your hair in a silk wrap when going to bed, I think the best oil for ethnic afro american hair would be castor oil, try not to put so much heat in yout hair go for braids and twists
