Cute and comfy shorts and a pretty tank top. maybe a sweater just in case.

Wear sweats onto of leggings that have some gym shorts under neath. The hotter it gets you just take off one layer.
For a top wear a tank with a shirt over it.
Eve though the temp is warm , the ac and unexpected chills are common so better layer your clothes so you can take off and put on cloths according to the temp.
And take a puffy pillow and a blanket!

25 Celsius? I agree with sweats and leggings and maybe a tank with a jacket or sweater in case it gets cool in the car.
