I like using a light pink eyeshadow as a base. It really brightens your eyes! Or put a little white in the corner of your eyes.

Try neutral eyeshadow colours shimmery champagne colours would look really pretty also!! Or you could even try peachy colours or something! Lol I love your eyes!! <3.

Everyone has mentioned great stuff, but a huge part of it is brows. If you define them it will draw people in and thus highlight them. Speaking of highlighter - throw some on beneath your eyes and your brows, it lifts everything up! Oh and prime your lids before shadow, the color stays brighter and truer. P.S. your eyes are gorgeous.

Try applying a champagne, neutral liner on the waterline. definitely brightens!

Definitely play around with bronzes, golds and blues, I think by using those colors it could really bring out your eyes. Especially using either a white or turquoise liner on your water line it could really make them pop! Also play around with highlights in the corners and under the eyes :)

Use a lighter concealer under your eyes and highlight your inner corner and brow bone and if you want some extra pop line your waterline with white liner.
