Is the InStyler a good hair product?

I need to buy a new curler/ straightener for my hair and I've heard mixed reviews about the InStyler. Is it good or bad for your hair? Btw, I have long hair (past my butt.)

My mom bought me one and I used it and asked my mom to send it back and get her $$ refunded. I didn't like it at all BUT everyone has a different opinion and experience with the instyler.

Yes and no...you just have to be carefull with it sense it is a rotating one and hair can get snaggled
