Just had my hair cut and I hate it so much my hair use to be in the middle of my back now its at my shoulders can people please help me regain my length.

Biotin I believe helps it grow and keeps it healthy. My sister also used to take prenatal vitamins to help her hair grow (trust me, weirdest thing I had seen in her room lol) but she said it worked for her. If you want immediate length, try hair extensions.
