Revlon Colorstay Mineral Mousse. I can't believe how well it works as an eyelid primer. Not only does it make your lid perfectly tacky for high-pigmented eyeshadow, after it's dry, it keeps it there ALL NIGHT. I've been using it for about a year now and it absolutely never fails me. NO creases, and keeps my shadow looking like I just did it, even after a night of dancing and drinks, etc. Not to mention, it completely covers any imperfections (like veins) on your eyelid, and it comes in a ton of shades. AND it's a full ounce for around 10$. UD is only like .30 oz, and this stuff works literally just as good. I want to kick myself for ever spending more money on high end primers. TRY it!

Oh no!! :( I don't use it on my face so I will say I am NOT recommending or un-recommending it for it's intended use - as a foundation... But I absolutely LOVE it as an eyelid primer.
