When you wash your face wash your neck and chest too as bring your toner and moisturizer down there as well - I find this help me.

Buy this supplement called DIM at a health food store! It cleared up my chest and back acne and my face as well. Its a natural supplement that helps metabolize estrogen and prevents it from becoming bad estrogen which causes acne. Its about $15 to $20 for 60 pills and you take one in the morning and one at night.
