Look at other peoples makeup for inspiration! or even post a pic of yourself with no makeup, and ask us what we would put on you! :) I absolutely love doing that for when I'm in a rut with my makeup!

Just do a line on top and add some brown shadow to your crease. and maybe some brown shadow on your lower lashes and black liner on your waterline.

I'd start drawing the focus from my eyes to my lips... Do a simpler eye makeup, but give your lips a really bright color like a fushia pink or a deep red...
