If your trying to do things with lines tape is always a good tool and you can pick up a dotting tool at CVS or any store like that and this last thing always helps me soak your dry nails in warm/hot water and you can get the nail polish off your skin (instead of a dotting tool you can use a toothpick)
Hope this helped🎀💅

If you have a dominant hand paint your dominate hand first. I.e. you're right handed so you paint your right hand first then left :)

I saw somewhere (pretty sure it was Pinterest) that a great way to get a clean manicure is after you've painted your nails, dip a tiiiiny paintbrush into the nail polish remover and go around the sides of your nails to get the perfect clean look. Also, don't forget to paint the squared part of your nail, it keeps the polish from chipping longer.

Steady your elbow on a surface when you paint your nails. Just take your time and try to be steady. If you get some polish on your skin dip a q tip in nail polish remover and carefully wipe around your nail.
