Being of Greek origin I'm deffinetly not lacking in the arm hair department and its really annoying plus embarrassing. If I Nair my arms fully will it look proper or will it grow back thicker like leg hair does??

They would just grow back thicker and longer.

I use nair on my arms just reapply the nair once a month or so.

It won't grow back thicker or longer. That's a myth with shaving. I shave my arm hair and its fine. Elbows are a bit difficult to shave but with time it becomes easier.
