Maybe make the white lines thinner and cleaner. You can use tape for that. Cute idea though:)

To be honest it doesn't look good, you should use a white striper brush for the stripes on the flag, you could use a toothpick or mechanical pencil for the dots (stars) and for the triangle design on your thumb you should use tape to make the lines sharper.

You got a great start Jackie! I remember the American flag was one of the first nail art designs I did as a young girl and it didn't look so hot but I loved it. Practice, practice darling. If you love nail design and beauty you will become very good at it.
