Go on google, look up CO uses, I have them actually PRINTED out! they're 100+ ways to use it. I go through a jar a month! My main uses include; hair mask, hair conditioner, body scrub, shave oil, nail treatment, makeup remover, face lotion/toner, on baby's bum for diaper rash, on her cradle cap and massage oil (wink wink) it is a magical oil :)

It's easy, listen what you need to do : take half spoon and rub it with your hands then apply to your hair or skin, leave it for it for about 30 minutes with a plastic cap and then rinse it out and style your hair as normal, good luck

Put a chunk of it in your bath. It'll melt very quickly and then when you get out you don't really have to moisturize afterwards. It's essentially just like using a Lush bath bomb or melt but much much cheaper.
