I got these weird dry patchy breakouts? Anyone else got this before? What can I use to get it to go away its horrible!!

I do and it don't work I take prenatals just had my baby and use cetaphil cleanser n lotion

I have those I can't really tell you what helps cause I stil have them but use a face wash for dry skin.

A lot of times breakouts and anykind of skin problemms is going to be caused by your hormones with you just having a baby. give your hormones time to go back to normal and in the mean time try aquaphor gfor dry skin. it works great on my daughter. good luck.

This might be a sign of dry skin. Moisturise your face! Don't exfoliate too much! Just use regular cleanser suited for blemished skin! Hope this helps!
