I got these weird, red bumps on my knee. It's only on one knee & it's really unattractive. How do I get rid of it?

Aloe Vera! It really moisturizers. Also, exfoliate with a gentle scrub.

Aveeno lotion will help a lot.

I get them sometimes after I shave! It's razor burn. Any lotion should get rid of them.
