I'm going out to dinner tomorrow for my 16th birthday, and I want to have some fun with it. The restaurant is a spy theme, so maybe play on that? My eyes are a golden hazel, my hair a honey blonde. I am tall, but petite and would take any tips or suggestions for an outfit, make up, and hair. Thanks!

Smokey eye and nude lips. Try a black or white shirt, a black fitted jacket, dark jeans and combat boots. Curled hair would be gorgeous on you!

I just got my belly pierced as well. Do NOT wear high waisted shorts. I made that mistake at a concert and my stomach hurt soooo much while moshing.
