On the top layer of my hair, it is very light blonde. as it gets deeper my hair gets darker (which is normal because sun gets to the outer layer on myhair). but get this- my very bottom layer? pitch black. is this weird? or normal? thanks.

I know right! But it's actually a lot of people get their hair dyed like that lol. But it's like bleach blonde at top, then brown at the ends, then black underneath like what? 😂

Very normal. Plenty of people have different colors on different locations on their head.
Ex. I have one client who is completely grey on the bottom, and sideburn area, and completely brown everywhere else. Granted, that's how her color has changed over time, but just to give you an example of the crazy things our heads can do ;)
