Sweat Proof Makeup Help.

I need some help finding makeup that will last through long days of sweating in this crazy summer heat.

I'm looking for a light-medium coverage foundation/tinted moisturizer, concealer, and eyeliner that won't budge no matter what I put it through. I need to be able to cover dull skin, some acne, and dark under eye circles.

I'm looking for drugstore brands only please. I'm extremely low on funds right now. Any and all help is highly appreciated.

Foundation: Revlon whipped creme $15

Concealer: Hard candy glamoflauge $6 for acne, Covergirl concealer balm $6 for undereyes

Eyeliner: Milani liquifEye $6 or Maybelline Master Drama $7

I'll definitely be trying the elf tinted moisturizer now, I'm just always wary of something like that costing $3.
