Okay, So I Pretty Much Only Wear Neutral Shadows. Unfortunately, I Haven't Found A Good Palette Yet. I Have Darker Skin So I Need Colors That Are Pigmented, And Colors That Will, You Know, Show Up. Any Suggestions? They Can Be High End Or Whatever. (:

You can get a neutral palette from coastal scents or bh cosmetics for a very reasonable price..under $20 when on sale.
