I have lifeguarding and I don't really want to just throw my hair up into a ponytail. Any ideas?

You could do a half up do, french braid (there are loads of different styles you can go with that) or a bun. Everything else are derived from those. They have some ponytails with unique twists to them, so you should check those out too. Have fun~!
