An step by step tips on how to get a job at MAC or a beauty counter, in general?

I am a cosmetic manager for a retailer that carries Mac, Lancôme, Clinique, Lauder, etc. the first step is too see what positions are open in cosmetics. Ask for the cosmetic manager once you have applied. A formal introduction is great because an application just gives work history. A lot of times your own makeup can get you noticed. There is an inamge that each line wants to portray for their brand. MAC is a lleased dept in my store so they do their own hiring. They occasionally have freelance
positions and that is a good way to get your foot in the door with MAC.
