Prom makeup help!

My prom is this year and I've got all my stuff for it. I'm wearing a short, black ruffly dress, black (not opaque) tights, raspberry pink knee high converse, and a simple black & silver sparkly necklace. I'm dying my hair a bright orangey red too.

I usually have makeup ideas straight away but I have NO idea! As you can see by my outfit description, I'm not doing traditional prom, so I don't want it to be natural :P any ideas? :)

You could do winged out pink glitter liner to match your shoes :) or if you wanted to do something more intricate, you could do liner that looks like black lace! I would say a black smokey eye. Remember that you will be looking back on your prom pictures when you are older and you don't want to do anything too crazy that youd think back as "why did I do that?!" Make sure that you practice the look, and really like it.

Yeah, I definitely don't want something I'll regret. But I'm not going for the natural look for prom as you can tell :P I like to stand out, I just don't want my makeup to take over my hair & outfit, I want all 3 to kind of mix together, not a clash of colours and patterns xD I just have NO idea -.-
