Best eyeliner for lower lash line?

I have tried so many liners for my bottom lash line (not waterline) and they all end up smudged or streaked by the end of the day? I'm ready to invest in a really good eyeliner! Any ideas?

You could also try using primer, that might keep it in place somewhat. ;)

Maybelline and nyx's gel liner has never smudged on me.

Seriously try Kat Von D tattoo liquid liner. I was skeptical if the applicator at first but it sticks, stays and is super easy to apply!
