Okay so I used my blush brush to make a bleach design on my fringe shirt and I wanted to kno if once iwashed the brush n all wuld I still be able to use it or shuld ijus throw it away??

The best thing would to throw it away, like Lily said. Because, you wouldn't want to be accidentally applying bleach to your face, and probably putting it on all your makeup products. Just buy a new one.
