Well I got my hair cut on Friday and yet again the lady cut too much off. It was bra strap length and now its to my shoulders and I've been struggling to grow my hair for years and I don't know what's wrong. Does anyone have any tips that might help me?

Yes I have long hair :) you should get a trim every 3 months and always condition your hair after washing it. Try not ti use a straighter or curler and use low heat when you blow dry. Taking biotin helps strengthen your hair and then it also grows faster :)
