I've seen people use razors for shaving on their hair, could I use that as a substitute or a blade?

Have a professional cut them. You are going to end up with messed up bangs if you try that yourself

It's really easy. First start by pulling back the hair you don't want in your bangs. In the picture you can see the part where they start. Next make a part in the bang section above the middle of your eye (left eye in pic). Cut the section to the right of the part (again based on pic) like normal side swept bangs. Then cut the remaining chunk shorter so it hits just above the eye but still at a slant. To get the choppy effect you can use a razor. I've used a normal shaving razor before and it works the same. I hope this made sense!
