I'm not sure if they would sell the brand elf where you are but if they do they are so cheap, great quality and a great range to choose from!

MUA in superdrug. cheap as chips and in particular their eyeshadow palettes undress me and undress me too are great cheap naked and naked 2!

Then save up...sephora has sale sections. Kat Von d eyeshadow quad for $9..all sorts of items $3 to $10. mostly sephora brand but why waste money on drugstore make up. also urban decay has good sales time to time. right now they have eyeshadows for $4.
