Stronger thicker? HELP PLEASE!

I have extremely thin nails, they bend when I push on them. If I paint my nails the paint will literally pop off in a matter of hours. How can I thicken and strengthen my nails.

There are a number of different nail strengthening products you can buy from the shop. I'm a huge fan of OPI so maybe you can look into that. For a cheaper option but a basic top coat and wear it on top of bare nails.
Remember to get enough calcium too! You could also try vitamins made for hair and nails xx
