I have really dry skin (eczema), acne on my nose and chin and some redness. I use boujois healthy mix foundations or bb cream and concealer sometimes with a beauty blender but I can never get a dewy look even though I use avene thermal spay after my makeup but nothing works!
Any tips?!

Contour with a shimmery powder. I heard, I think it's MAC albatross, works really good for all skin types.

I have the same problem as you, but I get oily on my nose and a little bit on my forehead. I suggest you check out Neautrogena Healthy Skin foundation. It gives a nice glow to the skin without looking oily, plus it feels nice! If you use highlighter, or want some extra glow all over your skin, I think you'll like MAC's Mineralized Skin Finish in "Soft & Gentle", I've also heard that Nars "Albatross" is quite lovely! I've been dying to try that one out! Be sure to use a thick consistency moisturizer at night and moisturize before you do anything with your face makeup!

I sometimes use this foundation (pic) and it gices me a dewy look without making my skin oily. its very light coverage though, so yiu should wear it on top of a bbcream or matte foundation. the packaging is horrible though, but I suggest you try it out at a drugstore first.

Like Madison said shimmery powder works. I contour using Pure Radiance from Bare Minerals to give my face that glow and it looks really nice!

Try mac studio fix foundation , it blends well and gives you a light dewy look.

There is a setting spray from urban decay that leaves your face Dewey. There are 3 types of sprays they have, 1 for a matte finish, 2 Dewey finish, 3 for all skin types I think. I don't know the names as of right now but should definitely look into the one that leaves a Dewey look to your makeup.

I can recommend the bobbi Brown shimmer bricks. got mine in beige, makes my dry skin radiant and dewy :)
