Scratch tht sliced. grate a potato with its peel and apply on your closed eye lids for 20 min.

If you want to do a smoky eye, keep your eyes open and look straight into the mirror. Even when you're doing your crease, keep your eye open so you sort of make a fake crease. My eyes are a bit hooded too and this technique helped make my eyes look smoldering and smoky instead of bruised like I'd lost a fight lol.

My eyes are so puffy also. I hate it. But I usually keep my eye open when I'm doing something just to make sure that the color I do actually shows a bit at least. It's all about working around it. Check my pics.
