I'm cosplaying as Rose Tyler from Doctor Who, and yes, I do have blonde hair, although I have blue/grey eyes. do you guys have any good make up tips? (I apologize that the picture is upside down)

She uses eyeliner and lots of mascara, just watch some of the episodes choose the look you think would suit you best.
