I usually have a fringe, but any cheap makeup or hair ideas anyone can give me to improve my face and hair, preferably cheap stuff as I don't have much money thanks!:D.

Try contouring your temples, just take a matte brown shadow or bronzer and a angled brush and use circular motions to buff it on your temples.

Do like a pouf or something to add volume in the front of your hair. Do foundation to cover up your redness. Get the rocket mascara. Smile more. :) You'd be surprised at what a great smile can do for you.

If you live in England try and find a shop called BodyCare:) Its amazing!! It sells really good quality makeup really cheaply:)
