Okay so I absolutely love cat eyes! but I don't know how to do them on my self, I always stuff up and get it everywhere! any tips? :)

Use tape. Line scotch tape up diagonally with the corner of your eye. Then draw regular eyeliner and extend it up and out. Remove the tape and you have a cat eye.
If you need more help, look at Michelle Phan on youtube. Her "Out All Night" tutorial uses this technique. Ignore the colored eyeliner and just use black. Hope this helped.

Try an angled eyeliner brush. It'll get you a nice straight line and lots of control! The pic Lourdes gave is great. :$

All these pictures are helpful for how to do cat eyes :) but yes, whenever I have trouble learning something from a pic I just look up vids on YouTube. That's where I learned how to apply makeup in the first place.

Use a felt tipped eyeliner pen! That is what I use , specifically E.L.F waterproof liquid liner in black!! Lasts all day and the pen style gives you tons of control while the felt tip allows for easier application and less goofing up!
