I dyed my hair blonde and with my face and hair together I would like to know what would be the best eye shadow for me:) the pic isn't to great but I suck at pictures lol I kinda look like that somewhat but not really lol so help please!

Last year I dyed my hair blonde too. the best is a black eyeliner and red lips or nude.hope it help you!! :)
