This is pretty much what I want to wear for 4th of July, but I don't like the shirt. I really want to wear the shorts and shoes though. I don't know what to do about the shirt since that's the only red I have. The shorts I can make a little shorter too. Help :/

You can always cut the shirt into a muscle tee or just wear a white shirt

You can cut your shirt into a cropped fringe tee , :). It's not that hard , a d wear a white tank underneath,?

I'd say cut the shirt into a muscle tank, cut behind the seam, and maybe cut a little v neck.
