So mostly every girl in my school wears like yogas or leggings and their hair up in a ponytail, except for me. I take time getting myself dressed and I wear makeup and try out new hairstyles. A lot of them say I'm being a "try hard" and a flirt. It really makes me upset and I know what you all think.

No not at all!! A girl should always try to look her best! I am a lot like you I spend extra time to look better than the girls who literally roll out of bed and speaking from my opinion I feel better putting in that time! Don't let the haters get to you!!

I think that you should where what you what! I take time to get dressed and do my makeup, and there is only 1 other girl at my school that does 2. I like being different, hope it helps!!

There will always be girls (and womem!) who think we wear make up for men or because we are insecure or whatever. I wear make up and make an effort with my clothing because its natural for me to do that and I guess its the same for you and lots of people on this site. Also if everyone else does the same thing they will say stuff about someone who is different to them. Just keep doing what your doing how you present yourself is really nothing to do with them. It can be hard but don't let peoples negativity get you down.

I'm exactly like you lol, I take my time doing my hair and make up in the morning and getting dressed.. I like having a nice style and there is girls at my school who could careless about what they wear but that's them. most of them think I'm full of myself but its not that, I just like to look nice :) so I get you and those girls have nothing more to do than to talk smack
