Find a lip pencil that matches your natural lips then slightly trace a bit farther around your lips not too much though you don't want to seem like you missed your lips then fill in your lips with the lip pencil also try lip plumper tons of companies make all natural ones so it won't harm you.

Outline your lips with lip liner and then fill in your lips with lipstick!! (Lipstick must be same color as lip liner or else it will look weird)

Lip liner the same color as yours outline in a little bit over and a lipstick a lip plumper these are mine plumb.

This is them over max to the pump the doing the same thing but using a lip plumper machine for 10 seconds on my upper lip

Use lipliner along with lipstick. When drawing on the lipliner, do a straight line across the cupid's bow rather than following the shape, it will make your lips appear fuller! If you don't want to wear bright coloured lippy, try using a sparkly lipgloss instead, apply it in the middle of the lips to create the illusion of plumper lips. Hope this helped xx
