For your hair, maybe a sock bun? As for makeup you should do red lipstick & mascara.. paint your nails red too! Idk why but red just seems to go with your dress, in my opinion. it'll add a pop of color. hope this helps!

Very pretty dress! you should do some loose curls and maybe tie back the longer pieces of your hair and pull them back with a hair clip. and for makeup, do very simple! a pink lip would look great. black flats for shoes? and gold jewelry would look great.
