Well at first this was a huge bump and now its this it doesn't wanna go away I put neosporin and sometimes I let it air dry. Is this a scar how can I get rid of this please help me I'm literally desperate.

This sounds crazy but you might try putting toothpaste on it.

Yes... Rubbing toothpaste onto it and sleeping then rubbing it off in the morning will make it smaller.

Try a warm wash cloth for 30 minutes. That way whatever is inside goes to the surface.
