I want a big palette with neon colors that are very pigmented anyone any idea what I can buy?

Not sure about a large palette but you should try some sugarpill shadows, they are super bright and pigmented. Hope that helps a bit.

I have never used their products but I believe bitchslap-cosmetics.com
sugarpill has some palettes, but I am not sure if there are any with more than 4 colors.
Medusasmakeup.com might have some palette, not sure.

Bhcosmetics their eyeshadows are super pigmented and their 120 number 1 pallette is probably what you are looking for.
