This depends on the length of the top, but if its short then in my opinion a maxi skirt and a long cardigan with wedges would look super cute because its not over the top but its still very feminine. If you wanted to make it fancier you could always add accessories to make it look fancier. Hope this helped!

A high waisted denim skater skirt would look good! Accessory-wise I would say a chunky necklace or collar - a statement piece would look great against a simple top like this :)

Tuck it into white or acid wash distressed shorts for a more casual look, or a skater skirt :)
