HELP ASAP! nail glue problem!

I have nail glue stuck to my fingers:( how do I get it off without peeling it and hurting myself??

I just use a nail file to get most of it off and the rest will get worn off.

Wait about an hour and then it cracks off, my step mum does acrylics on me and I always get glue on my hand.
