It looks like pigment loss but I'm not sure y you would have pigment loss. It might be a birthmark.

It might be a birthmark or a sunspot, But if it truly concerns you ask your doctor. Most birthmarks end up being harmless but a handful can actually be very serious, so ask your doctor.

I'm not a doctor (AT ALL) but maybe its a skin condition called vitiligo. My mom has it and she gets spots like that too. ( Its probably not that, but just a suggestion if you want to look it up)

I have spots on my ankle like that and have had them since I was a child. The doctor said it was just loss of pigmentation and that it was harmless. It wouldn't hurt to go to a doctor though :)

A friend I use to have had that and she had it checked out by a doctor. She said it ran in the family. I think. And she said it was just a loss of pigment. It also might just be a birthmark but if it truly bothers you just ask a doctor :)

My boyfriend has much paler skin than yours but he white spots like that dotted over his chest and a big patch.. well in a more private area lol, I always thought they were scars but he told me they'd just always been there, and they'd gotten more noticeable as his skin tanned more as he got older, I don't think it's anything to worry about, especially if it's not itchy or hurts or anything =]

It is vitiligo, its overexposure to the melanin in your skin, it looses the ability to darken and pigment turns white, try not to stay in the sun a lot.

It could be mild vitiligo or just a hypo pigmentation spot instead of of dark spot from hyper pigmentation
