My hair is naturally brown but it is highlighted (bleached) for about 6 years and now, it only takes two bleaches a year to keep it blonde and it looks natural and never turns green. If I dye it brown would it be hard to get my blonde routine back?

Yes, it will damage your very bad. Especially if your planning on using box color. It's hard to lift (bleach) dark colors especially box color.
