MAC "lustering"...its a lustre but if you top it with clear lipgloss it should give you the lippie you desire.

I have lustering and I don't think thats the colour as it isnt as bright as that on but I could be wrong. could always pop down to your local mac store and try it.

It looks like bare minerals "moxie". They have a new line of lipsticks, liners and glosses. Even the lipsticks have a plumper... For sure a color match for the above.
