Ok so my face is really sensitive when it comes to moisturizing my face...I break out like crazy! And when I wear my foundation it shows horribly:/ I've tried primer but don't think I'm using the right one.. Any recommendations? Please help! Thank you! :]

I'm sry I meant to also say when I wear foundation my skin is so dry and shows horribly
