So I signed up online for the following:

with the following
drivers license
cosmetology license
business card with my full name

and within less than 8 hours I was approved.

I have mailed credentials off to:

MAC
BOBBI BROWN
MAKEUP FOREVER

LETS SEE HOW LONG THEY TAKE

Any other suggestions for pro cards?

I can't do Nars or Urban Decay just yet. I applied for Anasstassia though. Waiting to hear back. Ilamasqua doesn't accept state license for discount.
