Every time I wear eyeliner on my water line it always runs down under my eye or rubs off completely. By the end of the day I look tired because of the black under my eye. I was wondering if this is just what happens or if maybe it's my eyeliner. I'm also looking for some tips to help it stay on for school. I use a gel eyeliner andI usually don't wear a lot of eyeliner so I'm kind of new to this. Thanks.

Try using a qtip and wiping your water line before applying the eyeliner so it's dry :)

Try Maybelline Master Drama or NYX slide on pencils. They last on the waterline for so long. :) set it with black eyeshadow and it'll last much longer.
