I haven't tried it personally, but I've heard Kat Von d concealer is very good and it even conceals tattoos.

All of those concealers are great! Also try Tarte's Maracuja Creaseless Concealer. It's Creaseless, hydrating, and covers everything while giving an instant luminous look to the eye!
