Hey everyone! I'm on a cheer team and I have very long thick hair. Whenever I curl my hair it falls out instantly. I need to keep my hair curled for long periods of time. Does anyone have any options like types of hair curlers or hair products? Anything will help. Thanks ☺

Try using a lot of hair spray or after you've curled the section pin it up until you're done with the whole head and then spray the hair to keep it tamed and then slowly take the pins out. It'll hold the curls longer.

I have reallyyy thick hair. it used to be really long when I was in dance and cheer. one thing worked every time for me! you cut up an old tshirt into long strips (approx twice the length of your hair) about 1-1.5 inches wide. start with veryyy damp hair. grab a piece of hair, the size of curl you want (I suggest pretty small). put a little bit of watered down gel. then leave an inch tab of cloth at the top of the piece of hair (near scalp) and wrap you hair around the cloth strip (this is the spiral curl). then when you get to the bottom wrap the hair up with the remaining cloth all the way up, cover the curl completely, and tie it in a knot with the tab you left in the beginning. do this all over your hair, sleep on it. hairspray after you take them down. should last a whiiiillleeee.
I believe their called rag curls? Idk, you could YouTube it if you need more help.
